About Me

I grew up in Miami. In high school I was fascinated by science research and business. My mother owns a clinical reference laboratory company which came to influence my interests in huge ways. I have spent a lot of time working for the company during summers and after and before school when I was younger. When I came to Duke, I decided to pursue studying the humanities since I knew that I would be working in science for the rest of my life. I love history. I love riding bikes, playing guitar, long WaDuke dinners with friends, and yes I do enjoy long walks on the beach...
